Our Need
We are currently looking for additional experienced
consultants to join us. Experience is key; we are looking for high
performing consultants who will thrive without micro-management. We are
open to background and would particularly like to hear from consultants from a
Sales, IT, Finance or Engineering recruitment background.

recruitment; people should play to their strengths rather that a "one size
fits all" KPI driven style.
Contract and Permanent billings pooled together;
0 > 10k - 5%
10 > 20k - 10%
20 > 30k - 20%
30 > 40k - 30%
40k+ 40%
Additional Bonuses
Monthly Sales Comp rewarding top performers. Recent
prizes include; iPad2, Skiing Trip, Hunter Valley wine Tour, Sea Plane &
Lunch day, $1000 Holiday Voucher. Monthly Achievers lunch for all
consultants who meet monthly target (25k).
$3000 bonus commission when you hit target for 3
consecutive months and an additional $1000 for each subsequent consecutive
month that you hit target - Hit your target every month for a year and receive
an additional 12k in bonus commission.
TRS has the capability to sponsor Consultants who require 457
Visas.
