Account/Engagement Manager | Contingent Workforce Management | No cold calling

Manage and develop business on large enterprise accounts with a contingent workforce management company through warm leads, referrals and networking.

This contingent workforce management company (MSP) provides contractor services (payroll, insurances and admin), client workplace compliance and client visibility over recruitment spend and contractor engagement.

This position is for an Account Manager with experience in contractor MSP/RPOs and/or contingent workforce management. You'll be working with warm leads and leveraging relationships to improve services to existing clients, grow accounts and develop new business through referrals.

Requirements:
  • Experience and proven success with end to end agency recruitment/MSP/RPO environments
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Engagement Management, Client Management, Customer Relations, Business Development etc
  • Passion for networking, speaking to clients, coffee meetups, going for client drinks etc
